Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue A. Ellis Taylor, American producer and actress. She is a graduate of the BA in African-American Studies and an MFA from Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue is an American actor as well as a producer and director. She works in television and film. Her acting journey began as a theater actress and then appeared in numerous television series and independent and mainstream films. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. After that, she was able to make an appearance on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. In 1995, she made her debut as Ariel on the stage as Ariel in The Tempest. Her stage credits include Come and Gone Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis, a Broadway production by Joe Turner. In terms of her career in movies, her best-known roles include Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express The Help. On television, her part in the ABC's crime drama High Incident is well known.
